4:1 Small Group Personal Training

The small group personal training is beneficial as it allows us to create a 4 week program, tailored to your specific goals.

This program is more detailed and individualised, similar to our Personal Training sessions but with a fraction of the cost.

As an added bonus for everyone who joins the 4:1 sessions you’ll also have access to the 8am Saturday special class, no additional fees required.

Option 1: 2 x Small Group Training sessions + Saturday Special classes $80 per week or $320 for the 4 week block (total of 3 sessions a week with Saturday Special Class)

Option 2: 3 x Small Group Training sessions + Saturday Special classes $120 per week or $480 for the 4 week block (total of 4 sessions a week with Saturday Special Class)

Saturday Special Class

Don’t want to commit to 4:1 Small Group Training but still want to join our fun filled classes?

You can purchase a drop in for our Saturday Special Class.

This class is full of our faves and we know they will be your faves too! You don't quite know what you'll get until you'll arrive at our Saturday 8am class but I can promise you it'll be full of energy, fun, and sweat!

This class is for everyone, from beginners to fitness fanatics, you'll get everything you need from this class with the variety and expertise from The MVMT Studio owner Kari running the show.

Personal Training

If you're in need of a more specific and individualised approach, you're new to training, or have had any previous injury, our 1:1 Personal Training sessions are the perfect place to start your training at The MVMT Studio.

We will start our session with a Fitness Analysis to see how your body moves, discuss any previous or current injuries and to have a better understanding of your health and fitness goals.

From there we create the best training program to maximise your ability to reach and maintain your goals.

You can continue with your 1:1 Personal Training sessions or work your way into our 4:1 Small Group Training at your own time.
