Our First Week At The MVMT Studio!

We have had such a fantastic opening week! 

We are beyond thankful for all of the support from both our current base of clients who came over to the studio but all of the friendly local neighbours who have now welcomed

The MVMT Studio as their second home.

Everyone is already smashing their goals, they're committing to their sessions and getting better with technique and strength. I couldn't of asked for a better community and I can’t wait to bring some more health & fitness knowledge, education and smiles to St Kilda!

Here’s to new beginnings and to quote on of the greatest baseball movies of all time:

Okay maybe it's also known somewhere else, but what a great movie!
